THERAPY PRACTICE
Tarot-Assisted Therapy
The cards as a mirror, never a forecast.
For those who are curious, the tarot can become part of the therapeutic work — not as prediction, but as a mirror. The cards offer images rich enough to hold what words sometimes can't reach: the shape of a fear, the outline of a longing, the quiet knowing you've been circling without naming. Used this way, a single card can open a conversation that might otherwise take months to find.
This is still therapy — grounded, ethical, and led by you — simply with another doorway in. The images are a way of slowing down and listening more closely to yourself; you stay in charge of the meaning, and the cards only help surface what is already moving in you. No prior experience with tarot is needed, and it's never required. It's offered as one tool among many, for the moments it serves.
