A steady space to meet what's true, at your own pace.
Therapy here is unhurried. It begins from the understanding that you arrive already in the middle of something — a question, a loss, a pattern you've outgrown, a season that asks more of you than the last one did. The work isn't to fix what's broken but to meet it honestly, make room for what's true, and find your footing again from there.
Sessions are a space to be met without performance. Drawing on contemplative practice and years of clinical experience, Esther offers a steady, attentive presence — one that takes your inner life seriously and trusts your own capacity to heal. Some people come to work through anxiety, depression, or grief; others come simply because they sense it's time to live more deliberately. All of it is welcome.
60-minute sessions are $165. At present the practice is not able to bill insurance; the benefits of private pay include greater confidentiality and more flexibility in shaping your plan of care.
