About the event
Reading for others is an essential part of deepening our own connection to the cards—even if you never intend to read for strangers or pursue Tarot professionally. How do you bring everything together in a real-time reading? How do you work with spreads, weave individual cards into a coherent story, and navigate those WTF cards—the ones that seem to make absolutely no sense in the moment?
In this introductory course, we’ll explore how to build and work with spreads that take us deeper into Tarot’s archetypes, along with strategies for reading in context, following intuitive threads, and working with the unexpected. Through practice and exploration, you’ll learn to trust your insights while staying curious. We’ll also consider reading ethics and trauma-informed interpretive practices, so that the reading table remains a safe, respectful, and supportive space for both ourselves and for our seekers/querents.
