About the event
We'll focus primarily on the Minor Arcana: the four suits of Tarot that are the ancestors of modern playing cards. The modern Clubs, Hearts, Swords and Diamonds started out with the Tarot suits of Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles. Together these four suits convey information about our everyday lives and world. Our workshop will end with a demonstration of a three-card reading that you can begin to use at once.
This course is suitable for the absolute beginner - but will have enough nuance for even intermediate Tarot readers.
Students should bring a Rider-Waite-Smith deck to the class; this version is strongly recommended.*
Course Fee for Beginning Tarot 1 = $45. Payment is nonrefundable - but includes playback option with video recording. Enroll here.
